Life, RC update, blogroll update 4th job stuff
I’ll start off by saying that RC (Retalion Chronicles, a backronym for Royce C_ _, xiyuuuna, you figure it out xP). Part of the latest entry was in fulfillment with Xiyuuuna’s request to learn more about Royce xD Royce wouldnt let me say more so I just put it in story format.
Right now, Im in the UBC music library and its 1 hour before my midterm and I really dont feel like studying, hence why Im blogging x_X
A few days ago, I got this email from my history prof to the whole class:
The grades for Quiz 1 were dismal with an class average of 10/25. With no more than half the class attending lectures and many not studying this is not surprising. I have curved the marks upward. If you received 10/25, for example, this becomes 15/25. For grades below 10, less is added as the grade approaches zero; for grades above 10, less is added as the grade approaches 25.This is a one-time bail-out. For Quizes 2 and 3 you will be on your own. Heaven help those who do not study.The graded quizes will be available at the front office in the music building. I will be posting the grades outside my office door along with the key.Sincerely,

Today, I was told the marks were posted up so I went to check, and much to my disbelief, I saw I got 6/25, which got scaled to 9/25. I went to myself, “No Wai!” and went down four floors from the prof’s office to the music building office, where i picked up my quiz. I saw I had gotten 16/25, which got scaled to 19/25 and upon further inspection and checking with the answer key, I found out I had lost 3 marks not cause of my mistake but cause of teacher error, meaning, I’d have gotten an extra 1-2 marks, which would bring me up to an 80+%. In addition, I went back to the grades sheet and I see that the 6 was for the person above me (2 people above and 2 below all got 6/25’s. I had a 16/25 in the middle) so I had just freaked the hell outta myself by misreading my grade, gg.

DualWings: He’s a recent guild mate of mine in Horizons and is a pretty big fan of iangelial (stalker much?), so his blog goes in a kind of format similar to hers. Take a read at it, give him feedback, keep reading if you like. He’s a really nice guy and apparently, he lives around 15 minutes from where I live *gasps*
Xiyuuuna: A friend of Josh (Bowjob’s) who has her own archer blog. She got banned for hakking but is back now! As well, apparently, she’s friends with one of my real life friends ;O (Royce hehehe). A decent read as well…
As you all know, I now have 4th job, so I did some of the quests and whatnot. This will all be posted in a side link titled 4th job: In the meantime, I’ll leave you with these pictures:

4x hunters looking for a place to train?

So this week is my “reading break” (though I personally have no reading to do) so I decided to go a bit crazy maplewise. I bought myself a 12-4 am 2x exp card (As that’s when maps are most empty. Retalion Chronicles
So, I have often heard that some people want to hear about my past, that I have a story to tell, so Ive decided to tell this story. Recent Videos
So, in the last week and a half or so, videos have started coming out of many different genres and quality. So why post about them on my blog? Well, there are some interesting traits in them. I watch maple videos all the time to perhaps give me ideas for the videos I make myself. Dont get me wrong, Im not trying to “copy” ideas, Im merely using them to stimulate my thought process for ideas towards future videos. With that, I’ll begin, in no specific order.

100,000 YT views and Level 111
Its been a year and a month, I’ve finally reached 100,000 views on my combined 2 videos. I know numbers dont mean much, but seeing things like this, it just puts me in awe, of how simple videos Ive made would have gotten me from those humble beginnings to the point where occasionally when I walk around on maple, people would walk up to me and say hi and tell me how they saw my video and whatnot. To all of you guys who have watched the video and gotten it up to 100,000 views, thanks. I know some of you guys have watched it more than once xP (Ie. Frankie, my irl friend told me he’s probably watched the two videos a combined 100 times when I told him I have 100,000 views. Thanks for that and Im glad you liked them xD)
On another note, after a month of doing nothing without a proper computer, I leveled up today to 111.
(if you look closely, you’ll see phoenixaura behind me. He really wanted to be in the level up screenshot but Im kinda blocking him xD)

Good news and bad news
Good news: I got my new laptop. Because of Best Buy policies, I ended up having to get another hp laptop. That’s fine with me if it doesnt break and whatnot. It has 3 gigs ram, a 2.0 AMD Processor, 250 gigs of hard drive and… Vista -_-”
Bad news: I cant ms on the new laptop. When I get on ms, Im running anywhere between 0.05 and 12 FS, usually in the 3-4 range. Ive tried everything that people have suggested: Updating my drivers, turning off firewall, turning off anti-virus, deleting Norton completely (cause Norton is a piece of shit anyways) and getting AVG, switching back to classic mode to get rid of all those RAM hogging applications, making it compatable with Windows XP and whatever else friends thought of, all to no avail.
So… my ms break continues. If anyone has any other bright ideas, feel free to throw em around. I plan to call Best Buy tomorrow and inquire about the computer’s performance in general as I lag on msn from time to time too, which is pretty ridiculous as well.
On a happier note, this probably should’ve been done a while ago, but I have now added ShyMayhem’s blog here. He’s a mid leveled (10xish?) ranger that has a blog and shares his interesting ms encounters there. Perhaps some may find it interesting
